Refund policy

At House of Ishaani, we are committed to delivering authentic, handwoven Banarasi sarees crafted with care by skilled artisans. We want you to shop with confidence, so we have outlined a clear return and refund process.

Returns

At House of Ishaani, we offer handwoven, premium Banarasi sarees crafted with utmost care. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Replacements

We provide replacements only in case of damaged or defective products, under the conditions below:

You may request a replacement only if:

  • The request is raised within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • A complete unboxing video is provided, clearly showing the package and product condition from the moment the parcel is opened.

  • The saree is shown in unused, unwashed condition with all tags, blouse piece, and accessories intact.

  • Replacement is applicable only for orders within India.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer.

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or using coupon codes are not eligible for replacement unless proven damaged.

  • In case of any refunds, the refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product.

To initiate a replacement, email info@houseofishaani.com or submit a request through our Contact Form with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for replacement

  • Unboxing video proof

Damaged / Wrong Product

If the product delivered to you is damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video showing the damage or error.

Upon successful verification, we will send a free replacement.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund via the original payment method or UPI/bank transfer (for COD orders).
