Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at House of Ishaani. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely, safe, and seamless manner. Please review our shipping policy below for more information on how your order is processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking ID and courier details.


2. Delivery Partners & Logistics

We use Shiprocket as our shipping service provider. Shiprocket acts as a bridge between House of Ishaani and a network of trusted courier partners, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • FedEx

  • XpressBees

  • Ecom Express


3. Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Domestic Delivery (India):
    Estimated delivery within 2 weeks to 3 weeks after dispatch. (Depending on your location within India.)

  • Express Shipping (if selected):
    Delivery within 2–4 business days (available for select pin codes at additional cost).

  • Customized Products:
    For customized items, color-customized sarees, the estimated delivery time is at least 1 month.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by external factors such as regional delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational issues.


4. Tracking Your Shipment

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided or by visiting https://www.shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking/.

  • Tracking status may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after dispatch.


5. Failed Deliveries

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • For any missed delivery, please contact our support team at info@houseofishaani.com promptly to avoid delays.


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Unavailability of recipient


7. Shipping Delays & Complications

While we work closely with Shiprocket and our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, there may be rare instances of:

  • Delay due to remote location or logistical issues

  • Courier misrouting

  • Technical glitches in tracking updates

In such cases:

  • Reach out to us at info@houseofishaani.com with your order number and tracking ID.

  • We will coordinate with Shiprocket and the respective courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

  • Provide photographs (if applicable) and your order/tracking ID.

  • After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
